Products and Services Published By ZebSign
ZebSign publishes products and services. When you enroll to obtain a product or service originating from ZebSign through ZebSigns Sales Channels, you accept the specific agreement applicable to that product or service. Your use of any such product or service offered by ZebSign is governed by the terms and conditions in the agreement for that product or service.

Use of the X.500 Repository

Repository records may contain confidential information. Users requiring access to this information shall be subject to authentication and authorization control. Under no circumstances is it permitted to download all or a large mass of the certificates in the repository. Limits are placed on the number of certificates that can be accessed in one query. Queries against the repository must be qualified. The system controls that values for one or more certificate fields must are present.

Intellectual Rights Information
ZebSign owns one or more Trademarks that apply to the Site. Other ZebSign marks, graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts noted on the Site are ZebSign's service marks, trademarks and trade dress and are the sole and exclusive property of ZebSign. They may not be used in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, in any manner that disparages or discredits ZebSign and in connection with any service or product that is not sponsored, endorsed or produced by ZebSign.

Disclaimer
In the Subscriber Agreement, Relying Party Agreement and in the ZebSign Policies, ZebSign shall make clear any disclaimers of warranties.

To the extent permitted by Norwegian law, Subscriber Agreements and Relying Party Agreements shall limit ZebSign’s liability. Limitations of liability shall include an exclusion of indirect, special, and consequential damages.
